High Performance Electrodes Ceramic Igniter for Spark Ceramic Plug

      A high-performance electrode ceramic igniter is a component used in spark plugs to create the spark necessary to ignite the fuel-air mixture in an internal combustion engine. The electrode ceramic igniter is made from a high-quality Advanced Ceramics material that can withstand high temperatures and provide reliable performance.


      The electrode ceramic igniter consists of a central electrode and a ground electrode. The central electrode is made from a conductive material, usually a metal alloy, that can withstand the high voltage and heat generated during the ignition process. The ground electrode is also made from a conductive material and is positioned in close proximity to the central electrode to create a spark gap.


      The Al2O3 Ceramics material used in the electrode igniter is chosen for its excellent electrical insulation properties and thermal conductivity. It can withstand the high temperatures generated during engine operation and prevent electrical leakage, ensuring a consistent spark.
